Inner Space Techniques

You don't need to be fixed.  You need to be healed.

 

The real you, the spirit of you, is most likely buried beneath your belief systems and a lifetime of conditioning.   You are not your issues, you are not your emotions or reactions and blockages. You are the extraordinary person that is beyond the turmoil of malaise.

 

Inner Space Techniques (IST) is a powerful guided process that takes you into a meditative space.  This inner space is beyond the ordinary chatty mind and from this deeper state you can access the core of your issues,  get resolution and find the real you that is beyond the emotional wounds and patterns from your past.

 

Finding the source of afflictions like sadness, depression, and anxiety can lead you to take control of your life in a more structured and empowered way.  All humans are made up of complexities of feelings and emotions brought about by experiences from family upbringing, school environment and work influences and relationships.  It's a jungle out there!

Transform your attitudes from past traumas and experiences and shift your state of consciousness so you can move forward without baggage.  Finding a lighter and energized you can fill your life with creativity and passion that will ensure higher self-esteem and give you know how to overcome limitations.  What could you do if you didn't have emotional baggage holding you back?

Contraindications:

 

IST is not appropriate for you if:

 

-You have schizophrenia or a history of psychotic illness; or

-You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
